The Gilded Saloon is your new favourite local pub in the centre of Edinburgh's Old Town serving up a daily menu of premium pub classics alongside an exciting programme of shows in the venue downstairs. The characterful, friendly pub welcomes all to enjoy a specially selected menu of local beers, wines and spirits including Newbarns, Heverlee, Jubel and East Neuk Spirit Co.

The menu created by Tomás Gormley features some of your favourite pub dishes including burgers, pies and local fish, using local sourced ingredients and suppliers. The venue hosts comedy, theatre, cabaret, workshops and more to support Edinburgh's local artistic community and for you to discover something new.

THE PEOPLE’S LEISURE CLUB is a multi-arts club space beneath the pub with the aim of supporting the creative ambitions of our community.

The 200+ capacity venue offers immersive sound, uplifting design, private booths, and space for leisure.

The food at The Gilded Saloon is all about big portions and big flavours. It is food that pairs perfectly with a pint before a show. We are keeping things simple and letting provenance and produce speak for themselves, and we cannot wait to share it with Edinburgh’s dining scene.
